In many offices the dedicated fax machine has given way to the all singing, all dancing multifuction machine capable of printing, copying, scanning and faxing. In addition the use of email has dramatically reduced the need for a fax machine.

Yet there are many offices that still rely on their dedicated machine and when you have a problem Printer Medics will do their utmost to solve it!

Please note - if you are experiencing sending or receiving difficulties it is well worth getting BT, or your telephone line provider, to check the line. Many transmission problems are caused by "noise" on the line - and a quick call can save you money and inconvenience.
