Our fixed labour charges help to put you in control of the repair cost with all labour and callout charges quoted and fixed when you contact us. We try to repair onsite whenever possible as it is the quickest way of getting your printer back up and running, but sometimes we have to uplift the printer back to out workshop near Selby for repair. There is no extra charge for this and rest assured that we will do everything in our power to get your printer back to you as soon as possible.

Printer Medics is a Yorkshire based company offering a laser printer repair service for when you need your printer up and running again as soon as possible. We are within easy reach of Leeds, York and Doncaster and surrounding commercial centres and so can offer a truly local service, with our own local engineers.

Unfortunately we cannot accept printers being dropped off at our Leeds address as it is for administration only. Please also see our note at the bottom of this page regarding the difficulties of repairing small inkjet printers.

Should your printer need any parts, then we always quote you before fitting. With this system you are always in control of the cost of the repair.

If you have a small A4 inkjet printer that is causing you a problem then it is very difficult for us to provide a cost effective repair for your machine. Manufacturers regard small inkjet printers as a disposable item which they sell cheaply whilst making the vast bulk of their profits on the ink cartridges and paper that you need to use it. In addition they do not release spare parts onto the market from very many of their machines - this means that even if you were willing to pay a reasonable repair cost there would be very many instances where we would not be able to source the parts to repair it. We regret therefore that we are unable to offer a repair service for these types of printers.
